Our Values

food.

Every dish we serve has our own loved ones in mind. This means committing to fresh and honest ingredients, right from the rice to the oil we use. Whether it’s been a long day of work or it’s a lazy Sunday, we have your back when you just want to put your feet up.

Chicken & Prawn Pad Thai

family.

Being a family business, it’s important to us to support others like us where we can. Our veggies, noodles and even printing are supplied by families who are invested in the well-being of their communities. Our family likes to catch up over food and tea so we close half Sundays and all of Monday for more quality family time.

Zhen Jiang Spare Ribs

flora & fauna.

We believe in order for families to thrive, it’s important that we treat Mother Nature like she’s part of it too. In an effort to minimise our carbon footprint, we use compostable sugar pulp containers for our dry dishes, compostable cutlery and cups, and compost 110L of waste per week.

How we recommend eating our takeaways:

Try presenting your takeaways on plates and placed in the middle of the table for sharing for a more authentic experience

Every culture has their own unique food and even method of dining. In Chinese culture we are accustomed to sharing our mains by placing dishes in the centre of the table. Chinese families use round tables not only because it’s easier for everyone to reach the food, but also because it’s easier to talk to everyone around the table.

Try serving each main on a plate placed in the centre of the table and everyone helps themselves to what they like. This encourages the family to connect with one another and catch up on things that are important.
